Ca'n Topa is a unique and charming family owned Jazz cafe/ bar and restaurant, serving tasty snacks, hot rustic baguettes, toasted filled sandwiches, pizzas, coffee, teas, ice cold refreshments and ice creams. Set right in the heart of the breathtaking Tramuntana mountain range, high up above sea level, at the peak of the famous Coll de Soller, Ca'n Topa is a taste of real Mallorca in a truly beautiful, relaxing and tranquil setting, world renowned amongst cyclists, hikers, photographers and artists alike.
Twist and wind along the mountain road from Palma or Soller until you reach this 130 year old typically Mallorcan finca right at the top! With the 497 metre finishing sign right outside! Only 50 metres away from the viewing point 'Mirador'.
Ca'n Topa translates as 'Meeting Point' in Catalan, so why not visit us and sit by the pool whilst enjoying the sun in our beautiful designer chill-out zone garden, set within the most picturesque and cosmopolitan location, just perfect to unwind and enjoy the magnificent mountain views and vibrant friendly atmosphere. Hola Everyone,
Well, what a fantastic time we all had at Ca'n Topa for the 'Primera Pujada Pirata 497m' Coll de Soller hillclimb roadrace!
A huge thank you to all the cyclists and runners who took part in this historical competition to celebrate the 130th anniversary of Cafe Bar Ca'n Topa!!! Our very own Ca'n Topa sponsored runner Fabrice set a personal best time of 21 minutes and 55 seconds over the 5.1km course and crossed the finishing line in third place!!!
Thank you to all our friends and staff for all their help too, with special thanks to the Daily Bulletin Newspaper and to our event organiser Sebastian for rounding up the athletes on the night, and to Alex 'The Chef' for creating the most tasty 'Pan amb olis' buffet for all to enjoy!!!
Furthermore, a massive thank you to our sponsors, Alex and Rach at Mallorca Classified.com , Sally, Jaime and Jacqui at Salymar Yacht Management ( Club de Mar ) and to Tom and family at Es Reco Heboristeria ( Bunyola ) for all their support.
